Schedule

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm (1 day off on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)

Saturdays: 10:00am - 4:00pm | Sundays: Off

Compensation

Job Overview

As a Sales Associate at Rushmore, you'll help customers find the right pieces for their homes - from major appliances and recliners to bedroom sets and mattresses. We're looking for someone who's professional, approachable, and motivated to succeed in a locally trusted, high-traffic showroom.

Duties Include

• Assisting customers in selecting furniture, appliances, and mattresses
• Listening actively and recommending products that meet customer needs
• Writing up sales tickets, processing payments, and scheduling deliveries
• Keeping the showroom tidy, organized, and properly tagged
• Assisting with signage, pricing updates, and promotional displays
• Collaborating with the team to hit monthly sales goals

Requirements

• A friendly, confident personality with strong communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Dependable and punctual - your team is counting on you
• Comfortable using a mobile phone and/or computer-based point-of-sale system
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented (this is a commission-based role)
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift, and assist in light showroom maintenance when needed

Delivery & Installation Specialist, Driver (Full-Time)

Schedule

Daytime Deliveries: Home every night - no overnights or long hauls

Job Overview

We're looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our delivery team. As a Delivery & Installation Specialist, you'll be the final point of contact between our store and our customers - making great impressions as you deliver and install furniture, appliances, and mattresses throughout the Rock Springs area.

Duties Include

• Delivering and installing products in customer homes
• Loading and unloading trucks with care and efficiency
• Assembling furniture and hooking up basic appliances
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety of company vehicles, storage areas, and showrooms
• Providing friendly, respectful, and informative customer service at each stop
• Communicating with the office team regarding routes and any delivery issues

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• No criminal history
• Ability to lift 75-100 lbs safely with a partner
• Comfortable with stairs, narrow hallways, and tight installs
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic mechanical or tool skills are a plus, but not a requirement
